We really pride ourselves on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if we don't know the answer we'll work to find it for you.

A little more about us...

Stacy and Doug were both born + raised right here in Applewood, Colorado. They met during a writing class at Wheat Ridge High School (thank you Mrs. Pennington!). Although they both left the Applewood area after graduating, they returned, reconnected and bought a home within a mile of where they grew up. Together, they serve as a powerful real estate couple who love to serve their community and empower their clients to make homeownership a reality.

Having been licensed since 2000, Stacy has successfully helped navigate numerous clients through virtually every individual type of market. Together with Doug, who got licensed in 2000, the Weigel Group bring extensive knowledge of the current market, insights into every Denver Metro neighborhood, and years of experience in contracts + negotiations to every transaction.

In their spare time, Stacy + Doug enjoy traveling, practicing yoga, pickleball and attempting to conquer the golf course. They are also avid Colorado sport's fans, holding season tickets for the Broncos and Buffs, and also are regular sponsors of local high school baseball teams.
